HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN REGISTER AT A TIME?

You can register for up to 10 guests at one time.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SIT WITH MY FRIENDS?

All conference guests will be in the same sessions, however VIP guests will have special seating.

All guests will be seated on a first come first serve basis, guaranteed seating is not promised.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND?

Yes, guests must be 18 years and older to attend VYIW Conference Gala & Awards Ceremony

This year we will allow teens to attend the Meet-N-Greet and Day Conference

Age 13 is the minimum age

CAN MEN ATTEND?

Men are Survivors too. We welcome Men to be in attendance of all sessions

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET/REGISTRATION AFTER PAYING?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ON-SITE?

Due to limited spaces offered for this event, tickets typically sell out prior to event day.

We encourage those interested in attending to purchase their tickets as soon as possible.

If event tickets are still available on event day,they will be offered for sale at the venue.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Each day has a suggested dress attire to compliment the activity of the day. 
For the conference the attire is business casual.

Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear shoes that allow for extended standing or walking during the day of the Conference

Saturday Evening Fundraising Gala & Awards Ceremony is Formal -Black Tie

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

Daily parking is free.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CONFERENCE?

Friday, September 25th 
Conference check-in begins promptly at 6pm
Meet -N- Greet begins at 7:00pm
-Saturday , September 26th from 8:30-8:50pm 

Welcome remarks and the opening session will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. 

We encourage guests to register for the conference at the VIP level to receive VIP seating at the conference and additional amenities.

General admission registrants are encouraged to arrive during check-in, as seats are available on a first come, first serve basis and fill up quickly.

WHAT IF I AM LATE?

We strongly encourage attendees to arrive during set check-in times for seating. However, if you are late, we will get you to the right spot!

ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED?

Cameras are permitted; however, no camcorders or tripods of any kind will be permitted at the event.

All bags will be screened upon entry, and camcorders and recording devices will not be allowed under any circumstance.

Please avoid having these items in your possession upon entering.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN/BABY OR PET? 

No, unfortunately for this event, no one under the age of 21 years and/or pets are not permitted for the Formal Gala & Awards Cermony

Teens age 13 and up can attend the Meet-N-Greet & Day Conference

.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes! We will provide light refreshments on Friday during Meet-N-Greet, Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday.

All other meals are own your own.

I'M TRAVELING TO VYIW CONFERENCE WHERE CAN I STAY?

We are encouraging all guests to book your stay, checking in September 25 and checking out September 27th

The Hotel Sorella where the conference will be held or Four Seasons Hotel which is walking distance.

All conference guests will receive a discounted room rate per night for rooms booked under Survivors with Voices room block.
