Invest In You

Success is by all means relative and signifies something different for each individual.  However, one fact remains true for every individual – in order to achieve your unique vision of success, it requires that you remain a student.  It requires developing an open mind and a willingness to consistently invest in you – your internal as much as your external.  Too many people have it backwards.  The external lookswell put together but the internal is shattered and broken.

 

Investing in your personal growth and development is critical, not optional, if you want to learn, grow, develop, and soar to new heights in your life, business, or career.  The question is: Are you ready?  Saying you are ready has to be backed by actions.  Motivational guru, Tony Robbins, emphatically declares: “A real decision is measured by the fact that you’ve taken a new action.  If there’s no action, you haven’t truly decided.”

 

So, have you truly DECIDED to invest in you.  Are you ready to invest your time, energy, effort, resources, and finances to gaining the knowledge, expertise, strategies, support, and accountability you need to soar?

 

Once you have DECIDED, shift your thoughts and your internal dialogue to reflect the ownership you have taken over what happens in your own life through these reaffirming statements:

 

• I choose to make my growth and development a top priority

 

• I choose greatness over comfort and familiarity

 

• I choose to make the sacrifices that other people don’t to experience the life that other people won’t

 

• I choose to do the things that are uncomfortable and unfamiliar, yet, catapult my success

 

• I choose to take risks that have no guaranteed results but grow me as a person
