Our Founder
Tiffany Wright
Tiffany Wright, a visionary entrepreneur and community leader, founded Black Owned Business Community (BOBC) formally known as Black Owned in Berkeley County, in 2022 with a mission to empower and uplift minority-owned businesses in Berkeley County, West Virginia, and beyond. Recognizing a critical gap in support for Black business owners, Tiffany transformed a local initiative into a thriving national movement.
Through strategic networking events, comprehensive business programs, and invaluable partnerships, BOBC has fostered a supportive ecosystem for minority entrepreneurs. Tiffany's dedication to creating opportunities and resources has inspired businesses across state lines to join the community and benefit from its growth potential.
Today, under Tiffany's guidance, BOBC continues to expand its reach and impact. With the support of a dedicated Leadership Board and a passionate membership, she is building bridges between local businesses and national organizations, creating a sustainable future for minority entrepreneurship.
